Homes for All Ipswich Supports AHMA’s Amicus Brief to Uphold MBTA Communities Act
On September 16, Abundant Housing Massachusetts (AHMA), along with pro-housing groups from 16 communities, including Homes for All Ipswich, filed an Amicus Brief in support of Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s enforcement action against the Town of Milton. The brief emphasizes the importance of the MBTA Communities Act in addressing the state’s severe housing crisis by ensuring municipalities comply with housing production requirements.
As a signer of this brief, Homes for All Ipswich continues to work alongside you and other local advocates to push for solutions that address our housing crisis, ensuring Ipswich leads by example in complying with the MBTA Communities Act and creating the housing options our community needs.
